We source fresh, local produce, from our prime 35-day aged Welsh beef, to Gower lamb and Pembroke oysters, so you can enjoy exquisite steaks, incredible seafood and of course, all your pub favourites, washed down with a fine selection of beers & wines.
A pub full of character
Under new management since the summer of ’24 we’ve been hard at work transforming the Gower Inn, bringing a warm, cosy atmosphere and delicious food, back to one of the Gower’s favourite country pubs.
Chris, our landlord has restored some of the historic character and added a little of his own eclectic style. Come and join us before or after your walks along the beautiful beaches of the Gower Peninsula.

We're proud of our Welsh heritage and traditional dishes, made with stunning, fresh local produce. Simple and delicious.
Cawl - £15.00
A delicious, traditional Welsh stew of local Gower lamb, potatoes, swede, carrots and leeks, served with a generous chunk of Welsh cheddar and warm crusty bread.
Welsh rarebit - £7.50
A Welsh delicacy of cheese sauce, made with local dark beer, served on toast with caramelised onion chutney.
Cocklepot - £8.50
Beautiful local cockles, laverbread and bacon, topped with Welsh cheddar cheese and served with warm crusty bread.
Fresh, local ingredients
Provenance really matters and we support local suppliers and source beautiful, sustainable produce as much as possible from the Gower and surrounding areas. It's a point of pride that over 90% of our produce is of Welsh origin.

Long dog walks on the beach are a way of life on the Gower and there's nothing they love more than a post walk chill-out with their humans! We love your four-legged friends nearly as much as you do and you're both welcome to join us.
